The first four steps

Add a location
Through search, through a Google Maps share link — or with no Google profile at all if you are just starting out.

Reviews arrive on their own
Regiofy fetches your existing reviews once in full, then every new one. The first run takes a few minutes.

Draft replies with AI
The AI suggests a reply in your tone, you edit it and copy it to Google. Regiofy never publishes anything itself.

Print your QR material
Every location gets its own review page with a QR code. Stands and posters come out as PDFs in your colours.

Text for your profile
Posts, descriptions, answers to questions and social media copy, all as drafts for you to check.
Access and roles
Invite colleagues. Who may delete locations or disconnect platforms is decided by their role.
Plans and limits
Every plan has fixed volumes and a daily ceiling for third-party lookups. The comparison table on the pricing page puts them side by side.
