Frequently asked questions
How does the 14-day trial work?
You get 14 days free – no credit card required. The trial unlocks the larger plans’ features for one location – daily sync, the rank tracker, grid scans, deep analytics, score history and two seats – at small volumes; the exact numbers are in the “Trial” column of the comparison table. Not included: white-label reports and the automatic profile check. What leaves the product is capped during the trial – the review list shows the 25 most recent reviews, and generated PDFs carry a trial mark. The trial ends by itself after 14 days and nothing is charged. Afterwards you pick Local or Branches – the prices are above. Without a plan your account, location and reviews stay; the next sign-in takes you to the plan choice, the review page then shows only your name and the review buttons, and printed QR codes remain valid.
Can I switch plans or cancel?
Yes. You can cancel at any time with effect from the end of the current billing period, by email to hello@regiofy.ai – as set out in the terms. To switch plans, write to the same address.
Does Regiofy work for multiple locations or agencies?
Yes. Branches covers up to five locations of your business. If you look after businesses for several owners, for example as an agency, or need more locations, get in touch — we tailor the plan to you.
