rgfy.io is Regiofy’s short address

Did you see rgfy.io on a table stand, a card, or an invoice? Behind it is the review page of a business that uses Regiofy. From there, one tap takes you to Google or another review platform, where you can review the business.

How to get to the review page

Scan the QR code with your phone’s camera.

Or type the address exactly as printed: rgfy.io, a slash, and the business’s code after it, for example rgfy.io/k7mz4tqx. The code has eight characters, digits and lowercase letters, with no vowels, 0, or 1.

If you only typed rgfy.io, you end up here. Without the code, we can’t tell which business you mean.

What happens on the review page

The page shows the business and buttons for the platforms where you can review it, and depending on the business, also its rating and a selection of recent reviews. You don’t write your review on Regiofy but directly on the platform, for example on Google, with your own account there.

The review page doesn’t ask you for anything: no form, no sign-in, no account.

Some businesses turn their review page off. In that case, the code takes you straight to Google, or to another platform if the business picked one.

What gets counted, and who sees what

When you tap one of the buttons, Regiofy counts it for the business: which platform, when, and through which code. If the review page is turned off, the scan itself is counted. The count stores nothing about you, not even your IP address. This shows the business which of its stands and cards get used.

If the page shows a map from Google Maps, it only loads when you tap it; only then does Google receive your IP address. If the business embeds images from elsewhere, such as posts from its Google profile or a logo from its own web address, your browser loads them directly from there.

This page only counts visits if you’ve agreed to audience measurement. Our privacy policy has the details.

Who’s behind it

Regiofy is a tool for local businesses: it brings their reviews from Google, Tripadvisor, and Trustpilot together in one place and helps them reply. The review page belongs to the business’s Regiofy account. Regiofy is operated by Minoka GbR (legal notice).

Questions about a specific business, such as your visit or job, are best answered by the business itself. You can reach us with questions about Regiofy through our contact form.

Frequently asked questions

Is rgfy.io safe?

rgfy.io only forwards you: with a code, to the business’s review page at app.regiofy.ai; without one, to this page. When you tap a button there, Regiofy counts the tap and sends you on to Google, Tripadvisor, or Trustpilot, where you leave your review.

Do I have to leave a review?

No. Whether you leave a review and what you write is entirely up to you.

I run a business myself. Can I use this too?

Yes. With Regiofy, you get your own review page, print stands and cards with your code, and see reviews from Google, Tripadvisor, and Trustpilot in one place, with AI drafts for your replies. The 14-day trial is free and doesn’t require a credit card.
